2012 SUMMER FESTIVAL PROGRAM 2012 Summer Festival is introducing many major programs for you to experience and enjoy on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at New East Sea Plaza located on 3695 South Redwood Road, West Valley City, Utah. The 2012 Summer Festival features a stage with live musical and dance performances beginning at the top and bottom of every half an hour.
