BOOTH DESCRIPTIONS Commercial/Exhibit Booth (Table — $200 / Tent — $300) Commercial/Exhibit Booths can be used to display a product or service. You may sell your product or service at the festival provided that a business license and state Tax ID are available. However, sales of food or beverages are not permitted in any Commercial/Exhibit Booth.
The Commercial/Exhibit Booth must remain in set-up with fully decorated and be in operation with full-time supervision and participation throughout the duration of the festival. Cultural Booth — (Table — $200 / Tent — $300) Each Ethnic community is allowed one Cultural Booth to represent the culture of their community. One 6' long table and two chairs will be provided for Table Booth Registration or One 10'x10' tent with 8' long table and two chairs will be provided for Tent Booth Registration. Cultural Booths do not need to be licensed but are not allowed to sell any food, beverages or merchandise. An interactive activity or demonstration that the public can participate, such as games, is required throughout the duration of the festival.
